INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

As a clinical psychologist working in a day clinic and online practice, I help individuals improve their mental health, reduce symptoms, and increase their overall life satisfaction. My individual psychotherapy sessions are tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress can have a negative impact on both physical and mental health. I offer stress management techniques and coping strategies to help clients navigate stressors in their lives.

COUPLES THERAPY

By providing couples therapy, I aim to help couples improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen their emotional connection. Through a collaborative approach, I work with couples to develop practical skills and strategies to enhance their relationship.

TRAUMA THERAPY

Trauma can leave lasting emotional scars, but it is possible to heal. Through trauma-focused therapy, I help clients process their experiences and develop strategies to manage symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

FAMILY THERAPY

Family therapy can help families navigate difficult situations and improve their relationships. I work with families to identify patterns of behavior that may be contributing to conflict and to develop effective communication and problem-solving skills.

SELF-ESTEEM BUILDING

Low self-esteem can impact all areas of life. I work with clients to identify negative thought patterns and develop more positive self-talk. Through a combination of psychotherapy and practical exercises, clients can build a stronger sense of self-worth and confidence.

DEPRESSION TREATMENT

Depression can be debilitating, but it is treatable. I offer evidence-based treatments for depression, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and interpersonal therapy (IPT), to help clients manage symptoms and achieve a better quality of life.

ANGER MANAGEMENT

Anger can be a difficult emotion to manage, but it is possible to develop healthy coping strategies. I work with clients to identify triggers and develop techniques to manage anger in healthy ways.

ANXIETY TREATMENT

Anxiety can interfere with daily life, but it is also treatable. Through a combination of psychotherapy and, if needed, medication, I help clients manage their anxiety and develop coping skills to navigate stressful situations.

ADDICTION RECOVERY

Addiction can be a complex issue, but it is possible to recover. I offer evidence-based treatments for addiction, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), to help clients achieve and maintain sobriety.
